well, you know that low interest rates (thanks osama http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif ) have a lot to do with this, but it really makes me think about how cheap it is top live in the middle states.

which, i guess, equals more money for my project...

so where is it???? http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I can vouch for that... I am in the Sacramento area and our house shot up from $242K to $315K in 12 months.

wild, what's the square footage? we bought our 2000 sq. ft. house a year ago for 144k.

and again thanks to osama and the low rates we still sneak under $1000 per month. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Our house is 1533sf... but we also got the largest lot in our area (only .26 of an acre) but it's in the old historic part of Roseville. I love it here. And after mowing my dad-in-law's 1-acre yard, I am not leaving this place!! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
