the interior of my catalina was SHIT. warped ripped spray painted door panels, no package tray, no carpet, etc. the plan is a full white/green tuck n roll, but that's a good year away.

in the mean time, i had to do something. picked up some white vinal, 1/8 press board, some padding, spray adhesive, and came up with these. total cost for 2 door panels, 2 kick panels, 2 rear seat panels and one package tray.... $70.00.

still working on the door panels. should be done this weekend.

From one cheap mofo to another I'd say it looks great! You never know what you can do until you TRY. Great work....

Those look good to me! I'm in the same boat as you. I want to do a cheap/quicky patch up job until I can afford to get "real" interior done.

If I may ask, where did you get your supplies??

ah, supplies you ask??? one stop at joanne fabrics for 5 yards of white vinal, poly padding. 35 bucks. one stop at home depot for a 4x8 sheet of 1/8" hard board, spray adhesive, razor blades, rivets, $20.00. one stop at art supply house for a really thick piece of cardboard (for the kick panels) $6.00. one stop at seattle outdoor fabric supply for a green piping $5.00.

justin, if you want a closer look, or more info, stop by anytime. i'll be finishing up the door panels this weekend.

I must be the cheapest one here cause that looks like a permanent solution to me, I would just add a piece of trim across the panel and maybe armrests.

A great looking "TEMPORARY" solution.

yeah, i dedided against the arm rests in back to keep it clean and smooth. the door panels will have em, with the switches for the airbags built in.CUSTOM. or is that supposed to be with a "K".... http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
