The guy that stripes at NSRA and Goodguys events is named Jake, and he moved to Las Vegas.

I agree that Frank Palmer is the man, but I sent you a PM anyway spookyjay.

There used to be this guy that would come stripe cars at Massey Cadillac when I worked there. He had a sweet coupe. It was a while ago and I can't remember what year it was exactly, but it was blue & white with chome reverses I think. He usually drove a black chevy p/u with flames on it. Anyone know who this is? I want to say his name was Dennis but I can't remember. I have a crappy memory anyway.

As in "Don Massey, Don Massey Cadillac?" He has a few dealers up here, and I knew of a couple in Tennessee, but man, he is everywhere! I went to the new car intro in 93 at his dealer here in Plymouth, and his grandson damn near took out a Bentley with a golf car as we were playing "Daytona 500" in the parking lot. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Sorry, just funny memories.

You picked the right state to live in if you need striping. All kinds of talent around here.

I sold parts down in the "hotter-than-hell" basement. They fired everyone when new management came through, so I left that place and never looked back. Yep I still have the vette too. Haven't done much of anything with it though. I figured you'd turn-up on this board sooner or later or someone here would know you. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

yep, i remember talking to you. that place did suck didn't it. when they got a new body shop manager, he told me they were going to use someone else for stripes, i didn't even ask why, i just closed the tailgate on my truck and left. looking back, i should have thanked him.
