A buddy of mine has accuired one and all the wheels are locked up. Would it be easier to just install a different rearend to take care of the back, if so what rearend/ driveshaft . The truck is on a trailer in this condition, an suggestions on getting it off the trailer with all the wheels locked up.

I suppose its drum brakes all the way around. Take a hammer and wack the back of the drum a few times and that should loosen it up. I wouldnt change the rear end unless you have too. Just my 2 cents. nate

Liquid soap on the trailer. Lets the tires slide right off---cleans the tread up real nice too. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
