Check it out guys, I scored a 54 GMC on Ebay yesterday. I bought it for just the cab but the front sheet metal is good enough I might just end up using all of it on my S10/47 swap project. (The 47 Cab was in a lot worse shape than I had hoped.) And I've always loved that flat GMC Dash.

Hey whats the wheelbase on those, do you have to use the long chassis?

Yeah, I'll take a ton of pictures of the swap..

I believe the wheelbase is the same as the Chevy's 116.5" The S10 I'm using is a short bed (Was free) and it's 108" so I'm either gonna build a flatbed for it (always wanted one) or I'm gonna use a 54 chevy bedsides I have that have already been shortened by a previous owner..
