First off a little about me, im 26. And have been building bikes and cars for about 10 years. Have had a couple bikes in the horse backstreet choppers. Currently building a xs650 bobber. I have a 57 bel air that I have been working on for about 5 years, and finally got it running again just before winter. it has a 396 big block and muncie. I can do a little of everything. have a machine shop with small cnc capabilities, so if you got some ideas hollar. Also anyone, I am havign a slow time right now for upholstery so if you have got some seats or door panels you need done ASAP, give me an email. Im in michigan, but I have had stuff shipped to me before. plenty of refrences or photos. Good prices. Take care.

Welcome Slim. Of course, we always like to see pix of your rides so post some when you can.
You struck a nerve with your xs650 project as some of us are doing the same (including myself) so we'd really like to see that. Where are you in Michigan? There are several happenings coming up so you may want to join in and get to know everyone.
Welcome. Got me a XS650 as well. Well the frame and engine at least.

Hey slimfab, what kind of CNC do you have? What about Cadcam or autocad software. Do you do any water jet stuff. I have some brackets on Cadcam that I need cut, after I get the brackets cut. We will offer them to fellow HAMBer's The bracket are bat wings, model A rear hangers, latter bar brackets

Slimfab-
I'd like to have a spark plug wire loom piece CNC'd out of aluminum for my '50 plymouth, here's a cad drawing I whipped out yesterday as a starting point. What cha think? This piece would replace the cheapy clips you can see on the wires in the second photo, and would match the other finned stuff on the engine. I know a few other guys who might want one, if quantity helps...

The style of those skulls on the bike's tank look fimiliar. Did you paint them? If so, did you paint a truck and bike for the guy that owns the tattoo shop on Newman Street in East Tawas?
Anyway, Welcome aboard, what part of Michigan are you from?

Blueskies, what you need is a 'Finned Wire Holder' part #0001j. It's the one with the red jewels on both ends that match your wires?
