On my new 32 truck I have a set of saggy doors... the door latch does not even touch the striker on the body. It looks to have sagged down a bit... see picture. The drivers door seems to have been open and backed into somthing while in reverse. The hinge is bent and dented into the door. I have tried to take the pins out of the hinges but are sooo stuck its not funny... I have heated them up and liquid wrenched the **** out of em and still no go. Who has some help for me? Im about to hack em off with a torche... haha!

They make pin removers for about 20 bux I think.
You can't really go buy the way the doors sag without being bolted to the chassis. You can shim different places to adjust the doors.

Don't try to adjust the doors without the body securely mounted to the body. As was said above, shims on the body mounts are usually used to make the door adjustment. Its one of those trial and error things.

those pins are literarly impossible to take out because; they are serrated, and the are shrunk/froze with dry ice, and the hinges are heated to expand so when it cools they are impossible to get out with a punch and a sludge hammer.

Bob Drake sells the pin removal tool. Works good. He also has replacement pins http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
He has a web site.

also if that hinge is wrapped bad enough -it will need heated up and straightened to correct the fit. I think if you get some help- and heat the center of the hinge red hot and have the second guy drive the pin out it will happen.
you could slice off the head and drive it downwards then replace it with a stainless one that wont rust weld itself in there......
