Just found out about this site. Very interesting and useful info. I purchased a '51 Merc 2 door several years ago and am just now getting around to converting it from a laundry and parts storage shelf to a custom driver. Plans are to chop the top (hard top style) and build a daily driver. I'll get pictures as soon as I find the car under the junk.
