Need a Fender ID done please..

What exactly is this fender, ive been told, anywhere from 32, to its not even ford. I personally think its a 30-31 rear, but my dads A is fenderless and i have nothing to compare it too.

The cutout at the lower inner front strongly suggests Model A. If it is and it doesn't have the three holes for tail light bracket, it is likely a pickup (1930-early 1931) fender, the same as roadster/coupe otherwise.
