Hey guys it's great to be here just thought I would introduce myself I am a young rodder that wants to learn as much as possible I have built a few cars but I am big into the 50's custom stuff. I have just bought the 1952 Lincoln Capri that Valley Customs built back in the mid 50's. The car is in pretty nice shape but has not been painted since the 1970's some time. This car was built for a woman named Ina Mae Overman and about two monthes ago I actually talked to here over the phone. What a day that was! I would like to try to return the old Lincoln to its former glory. Any help would be great.

I friend had this car he told me about it said it had some history behind it but it wasn't until I laid eyes on it that I had to have it. Bought the car and it came with a bunch of mags that it was in and a few letters from the lady who had it built in 1953 I actually tracked her down she is still alive and very much into the car scene. This car had me sleepless for about a week before I could scratch together the money and get the thing home. Hey from Aurora, IL 40 miles west of Chi-Town!!
