Hi there, well this is a refreshing site to surf. Local OZ sites too slim of fresh material to check out.
Always thought HAMB meant ham off the bone, whole new meaning now.
'Bout me. Been car crazy since a brat in the 60's. My first exposure to hotrods was a 32 roadster model kit my dad bought me when we visited a slot car track. took another 20 years till I got a real one, still got it 23 or so years later. Cops love it, they always want to decorate the windscreen with posters...!
Have been a rod and custom photo/journo for many aussie modified car magazines since I was 18, now I'm 50 and still shooting and meeting great people. Have just gotten my deuce roadster going again after the cops put it off the road 5 years ago, hydrauliced the fresh engine in my driveway when I went shopping for parts, it rained whilst I was away from home and water filled one of the back cylinders via the 50's caddy airfilter.
Shes a satin black highboy, 351 Cleveland, toploader 4-speed and 9". Red early wires and red interior with big stick and bigger steering wheel! Been to the USA a coupla times, was a member of Deuces Ltd in Texas.
So thats a bit about me, moving right along back to the board..........
Bobby "Hollywood" Warden, -(Mates labelled me Hollywood coz of my big yank tanks and the magazine work stuff)
