I'm a licensed California broker, soon to be a licensed appraiser as well. In contrast to many in my profession I am straightforward and honest.
If you are doing any kind of real estate transaction in California I can help you, and I'll rebate you 15% of my commission when your transaction closes (Which is enough to buy a nice engine with prices the way are around here...)
