hey, here is my deal. i have a 60' chevy sedan delivery and i would like to update my running gear from a 235 6' to a later model 250 6'. anyone have info on swap? will it drop in using factory motor mounts (frame towers) or will they need to be swapped from maybe a 63'/64' impala that used later style 6'. please don't respond with: " put a small block in it!" because i already have a 63' ss with sb/4 speed/ 4:11's and a 454'/auto/3:73's 1970 chevelle convertable. no bragging here just want " long distance cruizer" that is easy on fuel and " less wrench, more cruize". a 250/aod/3:55's should be plenty. any info would be helpful. thank guys! stay cool 55 dude.
