i have been having trouble opening certain messages not all of them but some i get a web site not responding page

There's some spamware crap going around that can cause this also.

Download Spybot Search and Destroy and run it. It's free.

Try using internet explorer or Firefox... Those browsers will work. Let me know.

i use explorer its only this one pm since i have received several no problem ???

hummm... Send me a pm with your password and give me permission to take a look... sounds like you are just having a cache issue if you are using explorer and not AOL. This should be an easy fix.

If you don't want to hand over the password, do this:

1. log off the hamb
2. delete all your temp internet files, cookies, and cache.
3. log back on to the hamb
4. problem fixed.
