Bob is an amazing builder...this thing is being done for a customer who is going to be using it for charity/childrens hospital functions....its supposed to look "hot wheels"-like, as a function of giving the kids something to remember.

So, yeah...its a bit off the chain, but Bob is a seriously talented guy, and there is a reason this car looks like this.

I can't be sure, but atr those rear tires shaved down 4x4 tires? the details on the edge of the sidewall look like something I've seen on the side of big mudder tires.

If he's building it to drive, the seat and steering wheel could be designed so you don't slide out. The skull thing is a bit over the top, but that fits the character of the car... cartoony.
