ya know, i usually keep a pretty open mind when it comes to things like this. like figuring in how much time and effort it took to do a project. cant do it on this one, its ugly. looks like one big rolling bucket of mud. yick. ugliest thing ive seen all day!

The sad part is that the little kid's taste in cars is shot now. Or maybe he built it. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif
2 bids. Who bid on it? Ray Charles & Steevie Wonder?

Now if someone had that at a cruise or something i wouldnt say anything, i would just think about the guy that enjoys it and is proud of it and not be mean. But since he is selling it he must be ashamed. It is hideous(spelling?)!!!!

whoa...
Looks way better than a stock '56 Packard..Yea the one the kool tail lights come out of.
I think the front end looks too "stock" Ford. needs a coupe or four more headlights and some compound curves in the pan.
Otherwise it could be a "custom" in the making, with a few refinements to the modifications.
The shapes going on in the rear could really come off with the right tail lights.
Go back and look at some pictures of the Aztec and tell me some of the mods on it wouldn't look a bit strange just in gray primer and no trim..

i bet it would have potential if it was cleaned up and had more touches added to it

Dr. J, for once I've got to agree with you....partially. The rearend could work....I guess what really screws it up is the "speedster" top deal. The louvered hood would look nice on another car.....louvers are for hot rods, not customs. The rear treatment kinda resembles one done by Gene Winfield way back when on a shoebox ford with canted taillights...
