Question on why I can't post in the archives

I'm new to the site and was woundering why I can't post or repost in the archive page, mainly on the Fri. art show???? Any one hwlp me out please?

Another question....why is it that when I post something it shows the closed thread symbol all the time???

post in those sections are added by the moderators only.

The Tech Moderators select TECH Threads out of the ones that are posted on the HAMB, and move them to the TECH Archives...
