just a nood to JC,
R.I.P

his passing has really touched me,i mean its like really hard. my earliest memories of him was riding around in my grandpas 64 Lincoln Continental, listing to the Man In Black, along with Roy Orbison and Elvis.my grandfatherpassed away a while back. i listen to johhny often, and it always brings back memories.now though, his passing is really hard to swallow. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif so, i hope nobody gets offended, but id like to name my truck PSYCOBILLY TRUKILLAC in honor of Johnny Cash,if nobody minds...

I went to my local cruise night and the "Good time DJs" were playing all the usual pussy oldies. I wanted to put my shoe in his ass. I asked him if he had "One Piece at a Time" and he said no. I asked if he'd play it if I got my copy out of the car. He said yes. I had him dedicate it to all the hotrodders.
It was great seeing people mouthing the words while they walked along.
I don't know, it didn't seem right that this guy was wasting everyone's time with shitty 70s songs. It was like it never even occurred to him to play a Johnny Cash tune. I got my cd and left as soon as it was done. His playlist is pretty annoying on any average day, but I couldn't handle it tonight.
