Just joined. I have several antiques and hot rods. Building a 50s rat rod: 1930 Model A 2-door sedan with my son for a lad-n-dad trip from Georgia to the top of Pike's Peak.
We're currently scrounging parts to complete the project. We have mostly everything but the little stuff. Using a 57 Chevrolet straight-six, 3-speed trans, and 57 Chevy rear axle. No fenders, or course, and maybe replacement doors -- body is in good shape but doors are very rough.
Right now, just trying to figure out what kind of art: probably a flying eye on each door, or maybe playing cards, maybe even a Bettie Page on the back of the car.
