That's a vinyl imitation leather. Definitely got it done locally, my father-in-law did it. He's an upholsterer by trade and is able to do headliners, seats, etc etc, tuck 'n' roll, top stitch, baseball stitch, etc etc As a matter of fact, if you or anyone else is interested and if he's got the time, he's willing to take care of anybody locally. He's got many years of experience doing this and antique furniture, he's a cool guy. (I gotta say that, he's my father-in-law :D)
