So I'm checkin' out garage sales this weekend and I find this old house with a rickety barn in the back. Nobody's around, but the barn door was left open and there's a "tag sale today" sign in front. So I go snooping around inside and theres a bunch of old stuff all piled in there. A gang mower, an old Farmall, some machinery and a bunch of other stuff. It's really dark (no lights), but when my eyes finally adjust, I see these two wheels laying over in a corner. About then, some old lady comes up behind me and scares the shit outta me. She was very nice, but freaky looking... she was almost completely bald with these purple veins running all over her head. I think she only had one eye. Anyway, I ask her about the wheels and she proceeds to tell me that her late husband was the founder of a "racing car wheel company". She said it was originally named after their two daughters Halley and Brandy. The wheels I was looking at were the first ones he made and he always hung on to them. Hmmmm..... I ask her if she would sell the wheels and she said she would never part with them. I did what I had to do.... It wasn't easy but the wheels are now mine. S-o-S

Yea and I found this old barn, same deal like you, but in the barn was this old aluminum roadster body from the 50's. Yeah, I'm just messin with ya'll. Ten bucks at a swap meet. I thought they were pretty cool. Some kind of tractor or implement wheels I guess. Maybe I'll use em' on my welding cart or something.

I have one of the original prototype axles, needs to be sent out & dropped as it is straight. and wide. prototype vehicle had 1 or 2 horsepower, depending on the load. Only good for 5-10 mph, had to pack new grease often.
Nice wheels. I use my wagon axle on a barbed wire gate. Cows haven't broke it yet!

Oh yeah, from your name obvious that your father raises those rare birds that we used to take city kids out to hunt at night when I was a youngun. They have all but disappeared from central Texas (probably the fire ants) & we need to restock them around here. Got any for sale!!!
No? just as well, cant find tow sacks to catch them in anymore either.
