I called Bob up when they hadnt gotten here in a week, and he said he'd send out another set, and just send the other set back when they finally make it. Yesterday my son said theres a box on the table for you. so there they were. PMed Bob today and told him that the first set in the sander box made it and id send the second set back when they got here.

Very rarely do you encounter guys in the salvage biz like the Owens family. Blue Chip Top of the Line. The Kontinentals got to tour the facility on the drive out to Paso this year and let me tell ya, quite impressive. Not only is everything more organized than I have ever seen for an operation this size(65 acres of cars from the teens to the 2000's and wharehouse after wharehouse of categoried parts) but Bob and his family know exactly what they have in stock and where it is located. I was blown away by all the NOS stuff they have acquired by buying out old closed parts stores and parts houses out in their area. It is truly one stop shopping. We got treated like kings not only w/ the facility tour but a "roll your sleeves up throwdown" BBQ at Bob's shop the night before and let us wrench on our cars before getting back on the road the next day. Bob found us a few parts we needed to make it to Calif and back and was oh so reasonable. Thanks again Bob for the hospitality, the tour and the work space. I am going back up there when I have a couple days......it takes that long to see everything out there. If it's out there, Bob's got it. And he's got the best prices anywhere.
