Hello fellow hot rodders. I'am new to the scene and I look forward to listening to your insight and sharing my experiences of cars through pictures with all of you. Check out my profile and hopefully it will give you some insight as to who I'am. I do own a steel body 34 5window coupe and I will be sending some pictures soon from the first day that i got it. I bought it from a gentleman that had owned it for 35 years. I bought it after everyone in town said it could never be bought and I beat the odds. Sometimes its all in the approach.

Welcome to the HAMB. This place is way cool. I've only been posting a short time and have already meet and hung out with some very cool people! I also have a 34 5 window, that was a basket case for sure! Love to see some pics of your project. I've had mine under 2 years. Got it on the road in about 8 months or so and have been tweeking it and getting the bugs out since. There's no interior yet and a lot of other things I plan to do as time and money allow. But I can drive it and it puts a smile on my face everytime!!!
Welcome,
Marc

Marc sounds like we have something in common. I'am currently tracking down steel panels for this beast. I'am going all out bare bones hotrod. Ive hijacked an old 52 ford station wagon and grabbing the steering wheel, wheels and gauges out of it. I have people from all around cleaning out their garages and bringing me good loot. I'll have some pic's pretty soon.

Sounds like you've got a good start! keep us updated. I had to do a bit of rocker repairs on mine and lots of metal finishing. It's pretty close to straight! Good for now. I figure I'll drive it and have fun, look for a new project and in a few years redo the coupe... maybe!
