Why can't I open my PM's

I have been trying to open a new PM for 2 days. When I try to open it I get a web site not responding message. Clay

Mine always open on a new window, if you have a pop blocker installed, this might be interfering with that! Try disabling it if so.

I've had the same problem for over a week now. Nothing changed on my computer, I'll get the 'web site not responding' window when I try to access them. I've tried clearing all the caches, logging off then back on, and my pop-up blocker is disabled. Nada.

I am on AOL but I have been from the beginning. All was fine untill a couple of days ago. I actually sent and recieved PM's earlier that day with no problems. Clay

That's what I figured. Try using internet explorer after you connect through AOL.

I'm on AOL And most PM open fine , but every now & then I will get one that won't. nothing i can do will open it. I have just resorted to sending a PM back asking for a repeat , so far that has worked. Kinda glad to see It's not just me.

yeah... its not just you. It's everyone using AOL. If you use Internet Explorer, it won't be a problem...
