Where's the Tech-O-Matic?

Suggestion:

If it were a choice between "Questions & Suggestions"
and "Tech-O-Matic" I think the tech archive would be
a better use of space.

Maybe someone could host a TechOmatic style archive on their own site?or maybe a Yahoo board? All the best of the HAMB,perhaps old magazine scans too.It wouldn't require nearly as much bandwidth as the HAMB,but it would be a valuable resource.
