First off, I'm licensed in Texas only. I primarily design custom homes. That doesn't have to mean 4000 square foot ones, it just means I design what you need..... I bill for complete sets of plans between $.75- $1.00 per square foot of living area BUT I will TRADE for services like engine rebuilding, body work and paint, projects, etc..... I don't care for remodels but can probably help with additions.....
