<font color="green">Ricky,
They use those on cable assemblies in some aircraft.
Can't tell you where to find them but maybe you have some sort of aircraft salveage in your area?

I Checked in McMaster Carr, but did not find them listed. Give an industrial beaing distributor a call I would not be suprized that thay are available. But if you had to you could alway have 2 nest to one another, Or even carefully weld a addition onto a standard one. Id it for a Throttle linkage set up?
Bearing Houses usually carry Heims and rod ends.
Their catalogs show the double ones like your photo.
I'm sure Santa Barbara has a bearing house and if not, Ventura has one called, surprise - The Bearing House.
It's on the Avenue, West side about 2-3 blocks north of main.
Just above where Prossers Bakery is - or used to be....
Give em a call.

Ricky- Try Specialty Tool in Goleta..!!
When I lived in SB they were THE place to go to find just about
ANY odd or unusual fastener at all...
(plus they're right across from the airport...)
