Howdy all, newbie here. I'm Barry and I'm in south Mississippi. I've recently purchased a '50 Plymouth 'fastback'. Plan on chopping it, placing an s-10 chassis under it (go ahead, flame me, i don't give a shit), and placing another engine, tranny set-up in it. Hope to have it done by 'Cruisin' the Coast' in early October. I've got the s-10 chassis, I've got an engine, just need one tranny and one passenger side front fender for car, and I'm on my way! (i.e., this shouldn't take long, tranny's are easy to find, right?) Hard part is finding fender. I've got a couple of contacts I plan on trying. I'm building forms for fenders skirts right now. Look for posts soon on parts I'll be selling/trading, i.e., original transmission, all 4 hubcaps, some of the trimwork, etc. This is my first custom, been wanting to do one for a looooong time, ya know? Oh, yeah, I plan on doing this stuff myself, with some help from my father-in-law. This is what it's all about!!!! Glad to be here!
I working in Biloxi at the Beau--let me know if I can help
