Anyone ever ran the stainless lake pipes?

I saw some on ebay the other day, they were about 20 bux higher than the taiwan chrome ones. Just wondering if anyone had ran em to see how they held up?

I have no particluar experience with those lakes pipes.. however keep in mind there are varying types of stainless and they may or not be much better than chrome plated steel...

The boss has a set of stainless sidepipes on his cobra.He can clean them up and within 2 days they aree turning gold again. Not a nice gold but more of a blotchy look. Go for the Taiwan chromes and keep the ketchup and aluminum foil handy for when they start to rust!
