A rule of hot rod physics:
When Ford curves something a certain way, you mess with that curve at your aesthetic and engineering peril.
At least he won't need shocks--there's probably enough friction in that spring to damp out anything.

I kinda thought the shocks were for looks. Do you suppose that it will pass the NSRA saftey inspection?
