Stupid questions

Ummmm.. I'm a welder ,so maybe I'll blame these dumbass questions on the fact that I'm tired and my eyes are so red I can hardly make out the keypad.
I guess it really wouldn't matter if I knew these things or not, but curiousity is killin me.O.K. well here goes:
1.) Does H.A.M.B. mean Hokey Ass Message Board? Is that the name of this site? If I'm wrong, I couldn't find any other thing that matches the letters but that. So, jus checkin.Must be that?
2. What does FNG mean? Freekin New Guy? Tole you I was tired!!
3. What is &amp? I haven't a clue on this one. I shit you not.
I know these questions are really lame, but consider this... You only have to tell me once and then I'll never ask again. Thanx in advance...Mikey

If you haven't already, please go introduce yourself in the Intro forum and read through the rules. Some folks don't take too kindly to some of the rules being violated. For goodness sakes NEVER talk about a hemi powered Gremlin or anything newer than a 63. (Slight scarcasm)

You're probably seeing &amp in an old post that was imported from one of the HAMBs old servers to a new one... or some such shit. Like it's saving the & symbol and it just isn't recalled the same on the new server... or some such shit.

Like the %20 thing between words, in some links...
