Who makes em. I need one 8" x 10" by 36" - anyone got any ideas?

I have gotten about 4 or 5 from Rob over at No Limit Engineering. They have a binch of sizes listed on their site, but they'll make custom size tanks as well.

I have a poly fuel tank for 37-39 chev made by Tanks. Ill take $65 for it. Was bought for 38 Chevy but relocation of springs prevented use only had gas it for two days then drained.

Summit Racing lists an aluminum fuel cell made by RCI; 30"L x 9"W x 12"H, w/ GM sender & straight filler neck @ $200.00.
