Well my POS '78 ford drug my '49 all the way from clifton to Rowlett.. about 3hrs at the speeds we were going. If you had seen the equipment I was working with you'd have called me crazy. The truck leaked diff oil constantly, ran on about 7 cyl. and barely had brakes. The '49 (houdini) somehow got out of both the tire straps on the front of the trailer, but what counts is that it made it all in one piece. Now I have to get to work and get the '49 on the road.
