it's called the hobby outlet...don't know if it's a chain or not....i think you're supposed to build these for model railroads

I think 1:87 is HO scale.

cool I am gonna try to find some , I picked up a couple of the Revel ratrods in hotwheels size, an A roadster and an A tub , they come apart easy and have nice detail. I found a listing for them online;
