I was gonna make a 2-door outta my '55 pontiac parts car, by moving the post back and either lengthening the front doors, or putting a pair of original 2-door doors on it...should be easy enough.....not sure if the rest of the body is the same on the sedans or not, hope this rendering helps....

Get some doors and B pillars from a wayfarer, sedan or coupe, so you can have the longer doors and a slanted B-pillar. I know where there are a couple in a junkyard.

Hey Speedy!

I always kinda liked the club coupe look, so that's what I went with. But other than shortening the roof, chopping the wheel base, lengthening the doors, and making a new trunk lid... this should be a piece of cake http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
just slap on some whitewalls and maybe change the paint, then open a beer and sleep for a week straight!
