need tire help!!

Okay I wanna put wide whites on the 49....Right now it has radials 195-75-15's...I want to go to bias plies..where can I go to find a chart to convert them to get near the same size?

i have a car spotters guide that shows tire sizes for most cars '46-'69 what kinda '49 is it?

If it helps, 195/75/15 translates to:

width = 7.67"
sidewall = 5.67"
dia = 26.5"

1" = 2.54cm
