Hey folks....

My clock says its THURSDAY! 1:41 a.m. to be exact! :D

Its time once again for the ART SHOW!!!!!!

Here is some stuff I've been working on.

First up, a custom order for a great customer.
It was painted on a case for a tommy gun.....

I have been waiting all week for this. I wanted to show some of my photoshop work on traditional styling. I was going for some candy effects as well as a tangelo(pearl) effect. Let me know what you guys think. The last image is what I started with.

After the comments I got on the work I put on here a couple of weeks ago I thought I get the watercolours out and give it ago. I havn't painted in maybe 10 or 12 years and did the T last sunday (posted for comment but I thought i'rd put it up again) The 28 with a 32 grill was done tues and wednesday evenings (around a hour or so each night) and still need just a bit more work to finish off. The T is a bit "heavey" and I used more water and less paint for the 28....
What ja think.... any good?

PS it's very difficult to rate your own work so please be honest.

Is it just me, or does the Friday art show keep getting earlier and earlier?

My girlfriend commissioned her friend Dan Crowley(http://www.dancrowleystudio.com/) to make some "finger puppets" for me.

Here's my contribution. A few photochops that were done for Custom Rodder. Some of these images appeared in the May '05 issue "Stylines". Article is actually on the Custom Rodder web site on page 2 of the "Features" section.

Just in case you missed it, this is the result of the HAMB Auction I held for the Desk Top Art Work that sentinelT won.

This one it #77 in the series and is about 7" long, 3" wide and about 2" high. It features a removable 3/4 tub cover.

What was the guy thinking when he ordered the rims? Change those out to spokes and the bike would be 100% better!

Toad32 - I really like your photoshop work! Especially the first and last versions. There is something very unigue about the blue-gray and simple gray colors that just make the Merc stand out. Perhaps because you don't very often see themon kustoms, or street rods for that matter. They are just luscious!!!

Are youinteresyed in selling some of your work?

Well better late than never I guess.This is a helmet I've been working on for awhile now.Belongs to a friend of mine's grandson who is into kart racing big time.He's 11 now and has been racing for a couple of years.The kart he has does 100 plus mph and I doubt I'd drive it.Anyhow he said he wanted eyes and a mouth and his name on it somewhere.

Thanks man, I really wanted to try doing a radical chop like that in photoshop. I have been working on a formula to do the candies and pearls.. I think I am getting close... Thanks again for the kind words.
