Oh come on, I know there are a whole crap load of HAMBers who can tell me what to run on this thing! Would you run two stock carbs? Holley's, Strombergs???? Maybe I'll cast up two Sam-O-Ram (tm) knock offs and put those on it with 4 barrel adaptors and two AFBs....

Hey Tragic your quote is a lie as I do not believe you were "born" and as for Texas it is the only place something like you could have survived! At least you know the reference for the quote!

Yorg: Gotta see how far I get working on the house this week, if it does not go down this weekend I also have the next weekend off. So I should just use another stock carb? Do you know if I need to rejet it or any other special set ups?

How 'bout back to the question. Two stock carbs should work fine. Make sure they are jetted the same to start then you can tune them down a little. Should be fine.

The suggestion is to usually use the 216 one barrels. The 235's are usually bigger, and unless your engine is really built, it'll usually overcarb. Any one have first hand experience? Cause I got the 216 carbs, but no intake yet.
