AHRF: Deuce!

AHRF: Deuce!

A few months ago, Henry over at the AHRF sent me over a DVD titled “Deuce” that was put together to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the ’32 Ford (trailer can be seen here). I’m the first to admit that these deuce anniversary things are starting to wear thin a bit. There’s a list, a book, an event, stickers, t-shirts, coffee mugs, etc… It’s all been very Harley Davidson.

This DVD is different though… It’s very professional and all, but it comes across as less Discovery Channel and more informed. It’s obvious that the people that put the film together are hot rod guys that just happen to be pretty damn good video editors, producers, and directors as well. The vintage footage is priceless, the interviews are solid, and the story line flows like it should.

If you get a chance, check it out. It’s a bit spendy, but the value is there for sure.
