What looks like a pretty straight ’41 merc with a nice little 331 Hemi can be had for a mear $7500. Not a bad deal at all considering all the good stuff this old car comes with… And at that price you’ll be able to afford that Olds waterfall grille up front and still have enough left over to finish the body work and get the suspension right.
