Flathead Dizzy Part 2
A few weeks ago I mentioned that my good pal Ed sent over a prototype of his new crab style distributor. Essentially, it’s a ’42+ style dizzy using all stock externals, but he modified the point plate to accept a single late model MOPAR point and distributor.
I finally had a chance to slap it on my coupe last week and have been thrilled ever since. Not only does the car run great and still look absolutely period, but I no longer have to worry about those early points closing up on me. Best of both worlds…
