The Don Holland ’41

The Don Holland ’41

So I got an email from a young man looking for a custom car that belonged to his family in the 1940’s and 50’s. Included was a link to an article on Kustomrama with details and images of the lost custom car. Apparently, a lot of folks are looking for this one and I felt it appropriate to feature for that reason alone.

But… Man, look at this car. The ’42 grille along with the ’48 fenders transforms the typically awkward ’41 front-end into something worth writing about – am I right? The American Auto Tops roof doesn’t hurt either. And the stance is bang on perfect. Never has there been a more appropriate application of Sombrero caps either. This thing is just right.

Anyway, if you hear anything about the car while on your rounds – contact Kustomrama.
