Breaking Barriers

For the most part, this documentary is about Hennessey Performance and their quest to go fast in an uber-modern super car. It’s all good stuff, but in telling that story they also go back and take a look at the history of land speed racing. There’s a great interview with Alex Xydias, some fantastic early footage on the lakes, and some REALLY great stuff with Craig Breedlove. Unlike most modern television, this is totally and completely watchable.
